Your Options
Three Ways to Strengthen Your Medicare Coverage.
Medicare has a lot of moving parts. Here’s a plain-English breakdown of the three plan types we help you navigate.
Most Popular
Medicare Advantage (Part C)
An all-in-one alternative to original Medicare that bundles hospital, medical, and often prescription drug coverage. Many plans include vision, dental, hearing, and wellness benefits – some with $0 monthly premiums and up to $185/mo in givebacks.
Gap Coverage
Medicare Supplement (Medigap)
Original Medicare leaves gaps – copayments, coinsurance, and deductibles that come out of your pocket. Medigap plans cover those leftover costs, giving you more predictable expenses and the freedom to see any Medicare-accepting provider.
Prescriptions
Prescription Coverage (Part D)
Part D plans provide dedicated prescription drug coverage, working alongside either Original Medicare or a Medicare Advantage plan. The right Part D plan can significantly reduce what you pay at the pharmacy each month.

Common Questions, Straight Answers.
Everything you need to know about Medicare — no insurance jargon required.
When should I enroll in Medicare?
Your Initial Enrollment Period begins 3 months before the month you turn 65 and ends 3 months after. Enrolling on time is important – missing your 7 month window can result in late enrollment penalties that follow you for life. We’ll make sure you know exactly when and how to enroll.
What's the difference between Medicare Advantage and Original Medicare?
Original Medicare (Parts A & B) is the federal base program covering 80% of hospital and medical services. Medicare Advantage (Part C) is an all-in-one private plan alternative with additional benefits and coverage limits on how much you have to pay – often with $0 monthly premiums.
Do I need a separate plan for prescriptions?
If you’re on Original Medicare, yes – you’ll need a standalone Part D plan for prescription drug coverage. If you enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan, prescription coverage is often already included. We’ll help you figure out the most cost-effective setup for your specific medications.
What does Medigap actually cover?
Medigap, or Medicare Supplement insurance, covers the remaining 20% that original Medicare doesn’t – It gives you more financial predictability and lets you see any doctor or specialist that accepts Medicare, without referrals.
Can I switch Medicare plans if I'm not happy?
Yes. Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period runs October 15 through December 7 each year, during which you can switch plans. Certain life events may also qualify you for a Special Enrollment Period outside of that window. We’ll review your options and handle the switch for you.
Is there really such a thing as a $0 Medicare plan?
Yes, many Medicare Advantage plans carry $0 monthly premiums while still offering robust coverage including extras like dental, vision, and hearing.
Additionally some Medicare Advantage plans offer Part B “givebacks” (premium reduction) that pay some or all of your Part B premium – putting money back in your pocket each month.
Eligibility depends on your location and the plans available in your area. We’ll tell you exactly what’s available to you.
